Modern Society gains valuable race experience

17 Apr 2012

Modern Society, the 2 year old colt by I Was Framed, draw plenty of attention at his first two race appearences early in April. It is now thought that the trainer Andrew Reid will wait until later in the season for races better suited to his pedigree.

His dam Artzola was a four time winner over distances ranging from 9 to 12 furlongs. She comes from the immediate familly of the tough Western Dancer, who won 7 races including the Listed Tote Ebor Handicap at York over 14 furlongs and was placed 25 times and Mango Express, second in the Gr2 King Edward VII Stakes at Ascot (12 furlongs).
